Southeast Mortgage got into the Halloween spirit just in time for a 35,000+ person parade
The Little Five Points annual Halloween Parade is not only one of the best attended events in Atlanta every year, but is also the signature Halloween parade in the southeastern U.S., and one of the top 10 best Halloween events in the entire country. Running annually for many decades, the parade easily brings in over 35,000 people to the neighborhood over the course of a few hours.
Southeast Mortgage wanted to take advantage of the rush of Halloween enthusiasts, many of whom are actually young families coming from nearby Atlanta neighborhoods who are the perfect future home buying audience. Side note: when the parade first launched many years ago, it was not family friendly, but things have tamed a bit since then.
With Soofa advertisements and some fun creative, the Southeast Mortgage team pushed out Halloween themed content to all of the Soofa Signs in Little Five Points and nearby to capture the attention of the parade goers. It took less than three minutes.
Here’s how they did it:
1. Created a Halloween themed piece of content. (Canva is a great tool for this.)
2. Uploaded the content to Soofa Talk and set when they wanted the content to run and for how long.
3. Selected the neighborhoods where they wanted the content to run, in this case Little Five Points to maximize the exposure to Halloween parade traffic.
4. Pushed the content live, perfectly timed in front of a massive Halloween-ready audience.
