Toby possesses over 20 years of leadership in the Out of Home media industry and a proven track record of growing companies, sales teams, and revenues at industry-leading organizations throughout North America.

He most recently served as the President of Branded Cities, a premier out-of-home advertising company with a large digital iconic and static footprint across North America, growing the company’s market share from 5% to 10% during his tenure.

Previously, Sturek held the title of EVP, Specialty Businesses/Midwest Region and other executive roles during his 16-year career at Clear Channel Outdoor. While President of Clear Channel Airports, he led the introduction of significant technologies including the FlySmartTM passenger app and the ClearVision Digital Network. Most notably, he was instrumental in the acquisition of Interspace Airport Advertising, awarded 16 new airport contracts and cultivated a high-performance sales and marketing team resulting in Clear Channel’s growth in airports from revenues of $75 million to $180 million.

With over 15 years of experience in design and development of innovative products and services in the UK, China and the U.S., Jutta compulsively generates ideas, simplifies complex issues, optimizes processes, and builds disruptive businesses.

Jutta co-founded Xindao’s product design studio and her furniture design studio, MÜ, in Shanghai before earning her Masters at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. She serves as a mentor at the Harvard Innovation Lab and has earned multiple international design awards, including two Red Dot Awards.
